I am Lars Posthumus, a freelance UX/UI designer based in Rotterdam. I work from small to large in the literal sense. From initial concepts to implementation and from detail to complete design systems.

My way of working reflects who I am: curious, analytical, precise, thorough, and versatile. This allows me to add value throughout the process and balance detail with the bigger picture.

I'm comfortable with branding, wireframing, design systems, prototyping, usability testing, and information architecture. I work with tools like Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Cloud. I’m always learning and currently exploring AI like Antigravity, Claude and Cursor.

I have worked in design for over 10 years, with a focus on UX/UI over the last 4 years. I've worked with a wide range of organizations, including creative, commercial, and non-profit clients. I've collaborated both independently and as part of teams, working alongside agencies like Clarify, Evers + de Gier, Netvlies, and Verve.
